The English Department has launched a new series this year, a Brown-bag Series: Careers for English Graduates. Each month, throughout the academic year, we bring in alumni of UBC English to talk about the work they’re doing now, how they came to do it, and what steps they took as they moved from being a student to working in their chosen field. These events are designed, especially, to help English Majors and Honours students chart their career paths.
You don’t need to be an English student to attend. Everyone is welcome!
