Professor Emeritus Stevenson taught at UBC until his retirement in 1998. He published seven books of literary criticism on Romantic poets and was an award-winning poet who captured moments with nature and humanity.

EL&L welcomes writer and 18th century scholar Dr. Jordy Rosenberg. Jordy Rosenberg is the author of the novel Confessions of the Fox. He is also the author of the scholarly monograph, Critical Enthusiasm: Capital Accumulation and the Transformation of Religious Passion.
